School Calendar
I have never paid much attention to our school calendar. Although I have heard some talk around the school hall. I guess the school board is changing it up? Sure no school is always good, and woohoo summer break! But do we really remember all that we learned before summer when we come back... I know I don't. Some time change is good. In reality, no matter what kind of calendar, we have to go to school.

Spring Break
While everybody was enjoying warm weather I was here in good ole Minnesota.
I spent most of my time around wrestling and softball. I went to high school state wrestling and my brother had MN USA State. He placed 3rd and got an invite to be on the national dual team for the 3rd year.
Softball is just around the corner so to get ready for the season I went to the open gyms during the weekday. It feels great to be in the batting cage and back to pitching again! Great way to spend my spring break, getting ready for sports!

Loneliness
At some point in our lives we all exerience a state of loneliness. Mostly at our lowest times. When my grandpa was sent to stay at the Veterans hospital for a month, that was when I had my share of loneliness. When something that is a big part of your life is taken a way from you, things aren't the same. I wouldn't show my loneliness to people around me. But I could still feel it.

New Beginnings
A clean slate. A fresh start. A new beginning.
Each day is a new beginning.
We are faced with a whole world of opportinities each day. With that, we face many choices. With whatever we choose we make a new beginning.
Each day is like a single chapter in a book. Your whole life is the complete story. Each day comes something different. Each day you get to start all over and create something new.

Finals
Finals=STRESS. I have never had to take a final in my life. At first I was like "no big deal". It's seems that it has snuck up on me. It is getting close and I am freaking out. Especially the math final. Math is definitely not my strong subject. I know that if I study and try my hardest I will do just fine.

Giving
Most kids probably love Christmas just for the presents. I know I did when I was younger. As I've grown older I have come to realize that it's about spending time and giving. Giving more than receiving. It makes you feel better about yourself when you give. I love watching somebody open a present I've given them, it's a great feeling to see them smiling and happy.

New Years Resolution
I don't really set new year resolutions. But I always set out to be the best person I can. Like being kind and doing the simplest things for somebody, like helping them out or motivating them! When people say they're going to stop eating chocolate... That seems pointless to me. It should be a goal that'll make a difference in peoples' lives around you.
